Both you'll need the shock towers with.
Other than that you should be good to go.
PLCman on ebay sells them with the shock towers, at least he did when ThunderbirdJunkie bought them.

All you need is the shock tower, which some ebay chop shops include with the bulkhead/diff, since the old style (21/25/ss) shock tower won't bolt to the X bulkhead. Other than that, it's a direct...

He really should just swap to the Flux bulkheads and diffs. Even X SS diffs/bulkheads. Anything to get rid of those wretched old-style bulkheads [&:]

Bout 30 bucks per bulkhead/diff/shock tower...
