I use an axial filter. I find that it doesn't impede flow at all (as far as pressure priming).

I had the same issue. I had to re-shim the bellhousing and clutches using an OFNA shim kit. Everything is ok now. Still would like to see the engine set back 1/16". Also, the steel bushings that need...
