I can't remember the exact metal shop name, but it's 3/8" tube steel. It's pretty strong. I'll be ordering more of that metal at work soon, so I'll find out exactly what it's called.

I've only got about 15 mins runtime on that cage. I have to make sure it'll handle the abuse first. But I'll let you know.

I've got the Axial fuel filter. Works good so far. And it clips right on the back with its plastic clip.

Not sure the exact weight, I'm guessing about a pound. I was gonna weigh it, but my bathroom scale needs batteries. I'll weight the whole truck in a few days.

As for my cage? Yes. It was built to fit insinde the stock body but I have also tested it with the Skool Bus and the Grave Robber body and they both fit as well.

It is welded 3/8" tube steel. Strong as hell, I stood on it before installing. I tried bending and twisting it, nothing. Can't wait to abuse it. Here's the before pic of the cage.

Here's mine. Still have to do the break in. New engine, clutch, pipe, fuel filter, steer servo,and a homemade roll cage. And a Grave Robber body to paint soon.

(And the piece of wire on the head...
