I went though about 10 different radio boxes in many different locations and this one just seemed to fit perfect in between the massive LST shocks. To me it just made sense. It was in the bargain bin...

Yes the battery and receiver are both in the back. It is the radio box from a E-Savage which was a 1/10 scale. Well it was actually the HB version which was called the E-Zilla I think.

Skillet, I have a shop that does some of the same work except for F-16s and A-10s. You are correct it is not the average job to make the stuff. It also takes the right glue, presses, heat...
