some of us do not care as much for the scale, as much as we do for the performance .. to me the TF Mustang arf is just a cool plane that i can *******ize and turn into a high performance semiscale...

the ZDZ 80 will hit around 8200 on those props , a 20x17 - 20x20 will spin a similar RPM ... also, you have to remember that the stationary max-rpm is loswer than that when the plane is moving .. ...

actually not even close ... more like 70% eficiency ... figure it this way, a us engines 41 will pull the plane up to 85-90 mph, and close to 100 out of a dive (if not more)

I am using aerografics stand-offs for the mounts, the fit in the cowl is good, however the engine head will stick out the bottom of the cowl by about 1/2" and the side of the Brison mufler will pop...

Just got my ZDZ 80RV for the Mustang !! man ! what a nice engine !! its small too for an 80 !! only 1/4 inch more will stick out the bottom than would from a 3W 50 ! carb is behind the back plate...
