The ZDZ 40 install would be just like my ZDZ 60. I posted picture earlier in this thread. You will be required to build a seperate box and mount it to the firewall. ZDZ excellent choice!!

I'm trying to remember 1.875" deep by 5" wide by 4.75." The box is steel pinned together...
