I smacked my beautiful Biela 4 bladed prop on the ground during my first takeoff run! Darn!

For the initial flights I am going to use a XOAR 24X14 prop.

If I can dig up some more $$, I will get a Solo prop.

The gear doors are one of the last things I need to install.

I decided to take everyone's advise and opened up the bottom of the wings of my brand new ARF only to find that rear shear webbing is NOT vertical and was lacking sufficient glue.

Beef up firewall.
Wing spar sheer web reinforcement
Reinforce main gear mount.

I am starting a TF P-51 Giant ARF build shortly. I am planning on installing Sierra retracts, JR8611A servos and a ZDZ 80.

I haven't found any pictures of this plane with a ZDZ 80 in it. Does...
