MX420 looks like you have a Corvett engine in it, there is a guy that did that in a 2/3rd's mustang and it flew great. Fuel fill works great, use it on mine but it's under the upper forward cowl deck.

The J-Tech muffler is the way to go, no cutting sides of cowl as it's made for in cowl install useing DA 50 or DLE 55, fits both, just let them know what engine and plane you have as it's custom made...

Might make a couple of changes before you swap this out and have the same problem. A baffel works well getting the heat directed out and taper the chin block some to open up discharge aera. Done...

I picked up samples of paint to test for apperance and compability. I don't know how far you are willing to go in price but automotive paint will beat out in comparison to any rattle can paint out...

Hi Bob, conopy is sitting on body in exact position it would be if mounted as one piece. Matter a fact that was how it was done and seperated in place. Nothing is going to be changed at this point....
